PES: Ideal Self Part II

Wednesday, September 19, 2018     6:00 – 8:00 pm

Join Providencia Cenci in this session about session about how telling your Best Story elevates and changes your experience! However, we often don't get an opportunity to share those stories and they stay dormant in our heads. In fact, we tend to remember more about what went wrong in those stories, and consequently, we relive the experience heading us towards a downward spiral. We call this a Negativity Bias. In part to the workshop, we will look at the negativity bias and provide you with tools to change it!

In addition, we will revise our stories and look at what we are telling ourselves, changing the narrative to create a new way of seeing our Best Self!
